These general terms and conditions of service ("General Conditions") govern all terms of use for the Qredence platform, including AgenticFleet, FleetUI, and GraphFleet. They apply to all professionals ("Clients") and individuals using our services, regardless of engagement nature or duration.

By accessing and using Qredence, you acknowledge reading these General Conditions in full and agree to comply without reservation. If you disagree with any provisions, please refrain from using our platform and services.

Article 1 — Qredence Overview

Qredence SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with €10,000 share capital, is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 123 456 789 (placeholder - replace with actual number). • AgenticFleet: A dynamic system adapting to user needs, integrating latest AI advancements and using Knowledge Graphs for enhanced data handling and transparency

Article 3 - Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Qredence platform—including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content—belong exclusively to Qredence SAS. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform and its features solely for managing their online reputation, as defined in these General Conditions. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the platform's components is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 - Limitation of Liability

Qredence SAS strives to ensure platform availability and information accuracy. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages—direct or indirect—resulting from platform or service use, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits. Clients are solely responsible for their use of the platform and its features.

Article 5 - Term and Termination

These General Conditions take effect upon Client acceptance and remain in force throughout the Client's use of the Qredence platform. Qredence SAS reserves the right to terminate Client access at any time, with or without notice, for General Conditions violations or any other legitimate reason.
